Account Creation & User Security
Each user is permitted only one active account on 8trium. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active mobile number.
Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended or closed without prior notice. 8trium reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time to confirm a user's identity.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. 8trium will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password right away.
User Responsibilities & Rules
All 8trium users are required to comply with the following rules when using the platform. Violation of any of these rules may result in disciplinary action being taken against your account.
- Using the platform for legitimate personal entertainment purposes
- Making deposits and withdrawals using a payment method registered in your own name
- Contacting the support team for assistance with account or game-related matters
- Reviewing and requesting your personal transaction records at any time
- Registering more than one account or using another person's identity
- Using automated software, bots, or any tool that may influence game outcomes
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transactions
- Sharing your account or allowing others to access it
All content on the 8trium platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of 8trium and is protected under Malaysian copyright law. Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent from 8trium.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 8trium platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The following terms govern deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
Deposit & Withdrawal Terms
Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. 8trium does not accept deposits from third parties or via payment methods not listed on the platform. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits in place.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for your original deposit. Processing times vary by payment method and are typically completed within 1 to 3 business days. 8trium reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal.
Tax & Fiscal Responsibilities
Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations arising from winnings or transactions made through the 8trium platform, in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. 8trium bears no responsibility for any personal tax liabilities incurred by users.

Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
8trium is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access that occur beyond our control.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and 8trium makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or errors. That said, we are committed to maintaining maximum uptime and resolving any technical issues promptly.
Third-party links that may appear on the platform do not imply that 8trium endorses or is responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
8trium reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has:
- Violating any terms set out in this document
- Engaging in fraudulent activity or misconduct
- Providing false information during registration
- Registering multiple accounts
Should your account be suspended on valid grounds, any eligible balance will be refunded upon completion of the investigation, subject to the applicable terms.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the 8trium platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed limited to the minimum extent necessary, and all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
